About the Founders
Behind Wylie Events at Olde Firehouse are two long-time Wylie business owners and proud community members.
One founder is a true pioneer in the Wylie community — a name everyone knows and a face everyone loves. With decades of dedication to the people and progress of Wylie, he has built a reputation as someone who is always giving back, always showing up, and always finding ways to make the community stronger. He currently owns a business in Downtown Wylie, a local staple that has served generations of families.
The other founder, also a successful business owner in Wylie, brings creativity, energy, and a deep love for this town’s charm and character. She is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces and meaningful experiences — not just for clients, but for the whole community. She owns and operates a business in Downtown Wylie, which has become a trusted name in Wylie and beyond.
Together, they share more than a love of entrepreneurship — they share a heart for service. Their decision to open the WEOF was driven by the desire to give back to the town that has supported them for years and to meet a growing need for a high-quality, local gathering space.
