Our Refund Policy

At Wylie Events at Olde Firehouse, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to all of our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while protecting the integrity of our booking and event planning processes.

Event Bookings & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and time.

Deposits are applied toward your total event cost but are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or date changes initiated by the client.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event date may receive a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit), depending on services already rendered.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are non-refundable.

In the case of unavoidable emergencies or extreme weather events, we will work with clients to reschedule, based on availability, but refunds will not be issued.

Decor & Add-On Services

Custom décor services, rentals, or third-party vendor services arranged through us are non-refundable once ordered or executed, as these are personalized and/or time-sensitive services.

Changes to décor or service selections must be made in writing and approved no less than 30 days before the event.

No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations

If you do not show up for your scheduled event or cancel within 14 days of the event date, no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure
Wylie Events at Olde Firehouse is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we may offer to reschedule the event, but refunds will not be issued.
